On March 30, 2011 permission was granted:
"Hi,
I had a couple of questions for you:
1) Would it be possible to have our band "Lazy Horse" of Marin Co, CA be listed in the band list? What steps need to be taken?
2) We are a cover band, performing Beatles, Stones, Etc. What is our licensing requirement? eg should it be public domain?
